1. Return Policy
You may return your SliceNDice product within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below:
-Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the products
-Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping
-Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
To request a return, email us at slicendice801@gmail.com with:
-Your order number
-The reason for your return
-Photo (If item is damaged or defective)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:
-A refund will be issued to the original payment method
-May take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund—and we’ll cover the return shipping in that case.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items

-Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the blades!!!!!
-Use on a stable, flat surface to avoid slipping or tipping
🧼 Cleaning & Care:
-Wash all parts before first use.
-Hand wash recommended using warm, soapy water
-Use a cleaning brush or cloth to clean the SHARP blades—never handle blades directly with bare hands.
-Dry immediately after washing to prevent rust and water spots
-Store with blades covered or seperated from other utensils to prevent damaging the blades.
